CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Awesome Abs
: These 15 minutes are dedicated to your abdominal and lower back muscles. The result is a flatter, stronger mid section.

Balanced Body: These 45 minutes are structured so you truly get to know your body. Using dynamic movements you will integrate strength, endurance and flexibility. Your body will thank you for doing things just a little different.

Hi/Lo/Ball Plus: Work at your own fitness level for a great cardio workout plus the use of various fitness equipment such as stability balls and free weights.  Each week you will use various techniques and intensities for a complete workout. 

Lean Machines: It is about getting "Lean".  This interval class switches between using the cardio "machines" and resistance exercises to give you a leaner, stonger body.  Take your fintess level into a new zone.

Pool Power: (Aquafit) This class is like a liquid weight room. Improve your cardio vascular fitness, burn body fat and tone us your muscles. Go at your own intensity. The straighter your arms and legs are, the more water you push so the harder the workout. Feel free to stay in the shallow end or join us for a no impact workout in the deep end.

Circuit: Gym Circuit - 1/2 hour full body workout using a variety of free weight exercise stations
Step Circuit - This class combines intervals of step with free weight exercises.  Increase your muscle tone to burn body fat efficiently.

Step:  45 minutes devoted entirely to the step.  Go at your own pace and set your own step height.

Stability Plus: We start with a 15 minute work out on the cardio machines and then we get onto the stability ball. We work on our balance, posture, body alignment, core strength, muscle strength, and endurance while sitting on the ball and lifting small hand held weights. A great way to get started in the gym.

Tethered Training: This 1/2 hour pool class is designed to give you a cardiovascular and fat burning workout like you've never had before. No fancy footwork or swimming skills required. Come out to the pool and train with this high intensity, no impact, easy on the joints, liquid weight room workout. Go at your own level.

Trainer's Choice:  Step away from your everyday workout and jump into our Wild Friday.  Meet up with teh "Trainer of the Day" in the Group Exercise Room where we will show you through a complete workout.  Every week you can enjoy a different workout and a different trainer.

Yoga: Yoga is fitness for your mindand body. Yoga moves the body through an array of positions and postures, challenging a variety of muscles. Add this class to your workout for a perfect integration of mind and body. Your results will surprise you.

Zumba ®: Get ready to dance and sweat away calories.  This class combines Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves.  No Dance partners or previous experience needed.  This hour is going to zoom by.
