Stone Tree is the perfect place for your next social function or party. Book our Tent & Terrace area for your next function or our elegant Sydenham Room and adjacent patio or let us reserve the Inglis Room our Lounge for your next private party. Our outstanding cuisine and superior service ensure that both you and your guests have a memorable experience.


Banquet Facilities
Stone Tree has several options available, designed to accommodate the varying needs of weddings, meetings, private parties, banquets and golf tournaments. 

Tent & Terrace:  Book the grounds, Terrace and/or Tent for your outdoor wedding or function.  The tent area can accomodate up to 250 guests, when used in conjunction with the gardens and terrace, this area is licensed for and can accomodate up to 400 guests depending on your function size and configuration.  Please contact Brenda for more details at ext. 101 or brenda@stonetree.on.ca

Sydenham Room:  This spacious room with large windows, adjacent licensed patio and elegant décor is suitable for meetings, weddings, receptions or banquets for up to 200 people.  Sercure wireless internet access available free of charge.

Inglis Room:  Newly renovated room with modern lighting and skylights.  Suitable for private parties, meetings and seminars for up to 60 people.  Wireless internet available free of charge. Click Here for Video

Equipment: The cost of the equipment is included with the room. The following is available to you: Podium, PA system, wireless microphone, flip charts, microphone, easels, slide projector, TV & VCR, overhead and screen, LCD projector (additional charge of $50.00 + GST for LCD projector).

Room Charges: Standard room charges apply, however, ASK ABOUT OUR FREE ROOM RENTAL. Stone Tree includes linen table cloths, the set up and clean up of the room, bartenders, servers, and any audio visual equipment needed.

Deposits
A deposit is required in order to confirm your booking.  Deposit is refundable provided we are notified, in writing, a minimum of 21 days prior to your event. This refund policy does not apply to weddings or Christmas functions. For all wedding and Christmas functions, deposit is refundable provided we receive written notice at least one year prior to the date of your scheduled event. A cancellation fee will be applied to your account if less than 7 days notice of cancellation is given.

Menu  Description 
Prime Rib  Traditionally slow roasted and aged, with Yorkshire pudding  
Chicken Breast  Boneless breast served with a champagne cream sauce 
Salmon Fillet  grilled with a citrus dill beurre blanc
Traditional Turkey Served with herbal dressing and fresh cranberry sauce 

Above menu choices are served with the following,
