Basic Health & Wellness Membership
Membership includes an initial fitness assessment and a machine demonstration, 3-month reassessments, unlimited access to our fitness center, including the pool, group exercise classes, complimentary swimming for members' children during family swim times.

NOTE: There is an enrollment fee of $35 for joining and for rejoining if you allow your membership to lapse. Annual and 6-Month membership rates are based on full payment in advance. HST will be added to all prices.
